Ladies and Gentlemen, we have had an incident in the PDFBL league where an away team turned up early for a match and used the home teams courts until the home team arrived at the match start time. Subsequently the home team were sent the bill by the sports centre for the court time used by the away team. The home team have decided to pay the bill in this instance but won't be paying in the future. In all the years I have played I have never heard of of a similar instance but I thought that all the clubs should be aware of this. So if you are the away team then don't use the home teams courts unless you have permission from the home team or you could be liable for any expenses incurred. Kind regards Jim
