LEAGUE AGM 2019
I am writing to advise you that the P.D.F.B.L. Annual General Meeting for 2019 will be combined with the Fixtures meeting on Thursday 18th July from 7:00pm in the Function Room of the Hamworthy Recreation Club, Magna Road, Wimborne, BH21 3AP. The AGM will start at 7:00pm with the Fixtures meeting following at 7:45pm. Each Club is required to send a representative to this meeting, and a fine of £10 will be imposed on any League Club failing to do so.
Your nominations will be welcomed for the following four posts:
Vice Chairman, Treasurer, Social Secretary, and League Secretary. (As per rule: 4.1 MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE). Please submit names of nominees by email to the Chairman at jimjill11@btinternet.com by April 1st 2019.
Would any Club wishing to propose a change to the League Rules, or to bring up any matter for discussion at the AGM, please submit their proposal or item for discussion by email to the Chairman at jimjill11@btinternet.com again by April 1st 2019. Any proposal must be seconded by another club or by the Committee before it can be put before the AGM.
The AGM agenda will also be posted on the Top Racket website at http://www.topracket.com after April 1st.
N.B. The Fixtures Meeting will follow the AGM on Thursday 18th July from 7:45p.m in the Function Room at the Hamworthy Recreation Club.

Club, contact details, venue, number of courts, start and finish dates, time, and cost.
